"Join Jes Gale for an informative Friday night. This workshop includes two hours of physical practice, exploration, and rest. We will use the framework of a “full” power vinyasa class, cover basic alignment that is helpful for entering fundamental poses, and we'll find opportunities to practice these poses differently. We will work with standing poses, balancing poses, twists, backbends, shoulder openers, hip openers, and inversions. We will work with variations that make poses more challenging, and variations that make poses more restorative."

The 34th Annual Tucson Poetry Festival
